Leadership Development Program
CHALLENGE
The J&J Medical Device Leadership Development Program was under a new director and the leadership curriculum hadn’t been refreshed in years. The new team leader was seeking a high-impact, two-year leadership program that would support early career development talent during their rotations at J&J.
OUR SOLUTION
Zero Point Partners created an experiential leadership program with building blocks to:
Create self-awareness
Teach strength-based leadership
Inspire leadership and followership principles
Build high-performing teams
Support participants with executive coaching
the outcome
The J&J Medical Device Leadership Development Program became a model for other leadership programs and continues to graduate high-performing J&J leaders.
The J&J director who hired us was singled out and awarded a Global Leadership Award for Outstanding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in 2021.
