Global Leadership Boot Camp
StandardAero was founded in 1911 and has become one of the global aerospace industry’s largest independent maintenance and repair providers. Their executive leadership was seeking a way to inspire innovation and collaboration across business units.
CHALLENGE
Zero Point Partners helped design a custom leadership program for global managers at a StandardAero facility in Winnipeg, Canada. These leaders worked together cross-functionally, yet rarely met in-person. This challenge had three main goals:
Build leadership and followership capacities
Foster communication & trust
Build teamwork and collaboration
OUR SOLUTION
John and Ginny successfully created and implemented a custom retreat focused on small groups interactions to tap into the collective business acumen, expertise, and connections of each person. Together, in a setting designed to foster collaboration, participants explored business challenges, industry trends, and future solutions relevant to the front lines of their business.

This Leadership Boot Camp became an annual event for StandardAero leadership and continues to be an integral part of their strategic practices.
